I’ve been building and evolving the BMC Improv website over time. For this iteration, the focus was on introducing tools that improve usability, including a fully custom newsletter system, admin panel, and a dynamic events and showdates experience.

The events system is designed to make browsing effortless. Shows are structured, filtered, and surfaced in a way that prioritizes clarity while still feeling fast and responsive.
A custom newsletter workflow was built to give full control over audience engagement, removing reliance on third-party tools and allowing tighter integration with the platform.
Built with scalability in mind, the system leverages Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase to handle real-time data, while animation tools like GSAP and Framer Motion enhance interaction without sacrificing performance.
